State Negotiators Meetings

Generally held on the second Friday of each month, each includes a one-hour lunch followed by a presentation topic, and then a closed session for updates on settlements and other confidential topics of labor relations. Most presentation topics allow remote attendance for school administrators that wish to listen-in.

MASPA Conferences

Indeed is the #1 job site in the world, and roughly seven in ten U.S. job seekers now start on an online job board like Indeed.  The paraprofessional, bus driver, or food-service candidate your district is desperate to hire is almost certainly looking there first. And surprisingly, more and more teachers are starting their job search on Indeed.

Yet most school HR teams treat Indeed as a black box — they let their ATS syndicate jobs for free, never pay, and can't tell you whether any of it is working.

This session opens the box. We'll cover what Indeed actually is (organic vs. sponsored, syndication vs. paid), why it's the one platform every school hiring leader needs to understand, the question everyone avoids asking out loud — how much should we spend? — and how to budget realistically by role type. You'll leave able to read the three metrics that matter and tell the difference between "Indeed isn't working" and "we never measured it."

    KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES
    Attendees will leave able to:

    1. Explain how Indeed works — organic listings, sponsored jobs, ATS syndication — and locate where your district's postings actually live right now
    2. Read the three metrics that reveal whether Indeed is working: applies, cost per applicant, and apply-start-to-submit conversion
    3. Build a realistic test budget for your hardest-to-fill roles, with benchmark cost ranges by role type and a clear way to measure return

This webinar is open to all Minnesota school administrators. Radar Talent Solutions is the co-host and an active MASPA Business Member.
