Welcome and Introductions
Kirk Schneidawind, Executive Director of the Minnesota School Boards Association will join the group to share MSBA's draft legislative agenda for the 2020 Session. Attendees will be asked to share their feedback and also identify high-level points of interest with respect to legislative issues that impact their work as HR/Labor Relations professionals in schools, such as wage theft and educator licensing.

Please come prepared to share a brief update as to where you are in the process of negotiating your teachers’ contract. Specifically please share the main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
