   Panel of several HR Directors recently settling teacher contracts where there wasn't a straight-across-the-board increase in salary.  Presenters will share what changes were made, the data or other analysis used to arrive at the change, the motivating factors, and other information that might be helpful.   Attendees will be encouraged to engage with questions!

   Moderated group discussion: members share a brief update as to where they are in the process of negotiating teachers’ and other contracts. Includes main issues they have brought to the table as well as any other issues or proposals you feel would be of interest to the group.
